At only 19 years old, Julia Frakes has been writing for Paper Magazine, front row at fashion shows like Ann Demeulemeester, and taken under the wing of Simon Doonan and The Sartorialist, Scott Schuman. But, enough with the name dropping.
Mix one part Anne of Green Gables, one part ballerina, with two parts Ramona Quimby and you've got the recipe for Julia Frakes. Her playful take on fashion is all about layers, accessories, and bright pops of color, and we are all about her. Keep your eye on this one!
